Zip

Enter the zip code where you live. This will be used to calculate the travel distance and time to each airport.

Leaving

Select the date that you will be leaving on your trip. This will be used to calculate the number of days you will be parking (if applicable).

Returning

Select the date that you will be returning from your trip. This will be used to calculate the number of days you will be parking (if applicable).

Hourly Worth

Enter your estimated hourly worth.
Business traveler: Hourly Worth is what your hourly cost is to the company Pay + Benefits per hour.
Leisure traveler: Hourly Worth is what your drive-time, check-in time, or overall convenience is worth to you per hour.

Calculate By Mileage

Select this option to calculate the gas costs using the standard rate of: $0.485/mile.

Calculate By Gas Price

Select this option to calculate the gas costs by entering the following values:
Current Gas Price: Enter the aproximate cost of gas per gallon.
Your Vehicle Type: Select a vehicle type from the list, and an average Mile Per Gallon rate will be used for each vehicle type.
